Prostatic gland finds around prostatic urethra and that is why prostate cancer is linked with urinary malfunctioning. Problems in sexual functions can also occur due to prostate cancer. Patients feel pain in achieving erection and ejaculation also turns into a full of pain experience. The sperm duct known as vas deferens stores semen and other fluid in prostatic urethra and some fluids that are produced by prostate gland itself also include in semen.Usually prostate cancer at advance stages spread to other parts of the body and thus causes some other symptoms besides the above mentioned symptoms. To feel continuous pain in upper thighs, lower back and hips may also be a symptom of prostate cancer. Pain in vertebrae (Spine’s bones) pelvis and ribs are some of these pains that occur as symptoms of advanced prostate cancer.
