		<description>Studies say 7-8 hours minimum for adults and at least 9 hours for teenagers.  Teenaged sleep is problematic since they also tend to be "night people" which, along with their active schedules, works agains normal scholastic routine.  Also, you can makeup sleep, but cannot store it for future benefit.</description>
