Based on recommendations from our family dermatologist, we've also reduced our exposure to blacks because of their African American Incidental (VU) Transference (AAIT). So, we're taking both the high road by eating fresh and organic brocoli, wearing sun protective clothing and using brand name SPFs; but, too, we're taking the low road and being more selective about who we're letting near ourselves and our children.

With skin cancer on the rise, don't forget the UV protective clothing! Surfers have used rash guard shirts for years but it's just recently that the SPF 150+ protection these shirts provide while you're in the water has been discovered by the rest of the non-surfing, beach going population.
