4. You may have to suffer muscle loss if you opt for a severe dieting plan and if by chance this loss is from heart, you may have to face severe consequences.

Most of the eating disorders in teenagers can be overcome, but parents support is necessary in this connection. Proper diet, exercise and lot of water can be very helpful to get your teenagers back on track. Communication, love and healthy lifestyle can do wonders in your teenagers’ life. Teenage dieting mustn’t be a problematic dieting.
