I had a stomic ulcer a year ago and I let it go for so long, because I thought it was from my c- section I didn’t relize the pain I was having was from a ulcer untill one morning I had to call a ambulance. And after many test at the er they found I had fliude in my stomic. I went into emergancy surgy. The next day I woke up and had tubes every were. The doctor came in and said he couldn’t belive I was alive. The uncler was as big as his fist he said and it ate thre my stomic and started eating at my pancrist. He had to remove half my stomic and redo my intesines. I stayed for about a week or so and begged to go home, when I finally got to go home I still had to have tubes in each of my sides. And took many medications. Now a year later I have another ulcer. There acctually very dangers if left untreted. I was very lucky. I had let mine go for so long the doctor said it’d been there for at least a month.Because there was so much damage now there’s no more they can do if something were to happen. So if you think you have a ulcer go in to your doctor right away!

I have an alcoholic since 10 years. Now a days i am feeling some change in my body like too much cough, if cough comes out then i am relax for a while. Even i am feeling some gastric problem also. if cough or gas comes out then i feel like v omitting. I don’t know what is the real problem and afraid to see doctor if any serious problem has in body. Please help to fine solution.

Diet: avoid anything acidic: vitamin C, fruit juices, vinegar, alcohol, aspirin.

Drugs: anti-ulcer drugs, prescribed by a doctor.

Are you sure you have an ulcer?

First, a simple BREATH TEST is done, where you ingest one special sugar. If they are bacteria, called Helycobacter pylori in your stomach, they will consume that sugar and will produce hydrogen, which can be measured in your exhalled air. These bacteria are then treated for 10 days with antibiotics. If no bacteria are found, you get drugs which prevent acid secretion in the stomach. This treatment may last for a long time. You need to visit a doctor who will explain you details.
