There are a number of causes and is dependent on each case. It could be related to allergies, especially if you suffer with hay fever. You will notice that it usually flares up when your hay fever is affecting you the most. Puffy eyes may also be related to excessive use of drugs, alcohol, a lack of sleep or may be age related.</description>
