A new surprising study suggests
CHICAGO - “Childhood cancer is most common in the Northeast”, a new surprising research suggests that even surprised the experts. However, according to some specialists it would reflect just dissimilarities in handling reports.
This is the first government study to know specific regional differences in kids’ cancer. Some experts believe the study offers significant information to support smaller studies that confirm cancer is not frequently found among the children.
The study has been conducted by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and founded on data which represent 90% of the U.S. population. The results show that almost 166 out of very million kids are affected by the cancer. This small number of affected children proves that childhood cancers are rare in the country.
