Sleep - you either love or hate it. Workaholics who want to do more even after they have completed their tasks at hand wish they didn’t need to sleep. Ironically, these people usually lose their sleep due to their fanatical working habits and this in turn affects the quality of their work. Those who love sleep are also faced with the same problem of a having a lack of sleep. The urban world is harsh on our bodies, and leaves us longing for more of this ever-essential activity which the people of the less-developed world never had a problem with.

The various reasons why you lose sleep:

  • You are addicted to a computer game and can’t stop playing.
  • Perhaps your favorite television show is on a weekday night and you stay up for it even when you have to wake up early next morning.
  • You just procrastinate sleep to stay awake, hoping to do something - ‘productive’
  • There is work to complete for your boss
